Steven Leroy Noll

Steven LeRoy Noll, 70, of East Peoria, IL passed away at 8:23 pm on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. He was born on February 20, 1945 in Princeville, IL to Virgil and Ethel Mae (Seckler) Noll. He married Shirley Elizabeth Jones on February 6, 1993 in East Peoria. She survives. Also surviving are two step-daughters Julie (Richard) Mullins of Metamora and Janel (Craig) Gerdes of Toluca; five step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; siblings Janet Noll, John Noll and Larry (Linda) Noll all of Metamora and Judy Hartman of Peoria; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant sister Diane, and sister-in-law Brenda Noll. Steven was a power truck operator for Caterpillar for 30 years, retiring in 1993. He was an avid golfer, loved fishing, playing pool, and serving the Lord. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Metamora with Father Greg Jozefiak officiating. Burial of Ashes will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery, Metamora. Cremation rites have been accorded.
