Quang Minh Nguyen

Quang Minh Nguyen, 76, of Peoria, IL, passed away at 12:54 pm on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Born on April 15, 1947, in Saigon, Vietnam, he was the cherished son of Nguyen Hoai Duc and Tran Thi De. He uprooted his life, immigrating to the United States in 1979.

Surviving are his two sons, Andrew Bouchez and Aaron Bouchez, both of Peoria; and seven grandchildren, Oden, Kylie, Riley, Sylas, Emma, Cassidy and Andi. Also surviving are one sister, Loi (Dale) Mohler of East Peoria, IL, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Kim McCormick.

Quang dedicated many years to Parsons Manufacturing in Roanoke, where he contributed significantly to the powder coating department before his retirement.

Cremation rites were accorded. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel in Germantown Hills, IL.
