Patricia's commitment to her communities was evident through her tireless work at the Et Cetera shop in Eureka, where she volunteered with a spirit of generosity and kindness. Her passion for nurturing young talent shone brightly during her tenure as volleyball coach at Pleasant View Grade School in Washington. Patricia's exceptional coaching skills were showcased as she led four teams to the state tournament, a testament to her leadership.

Beyond her contributions to local organizations, Patricia was an ardent sports enthusiast. A lifelong Dodgers baseball fan, she remained loyal even after the team's move. Her love for the game extended to collecting baseball cards, a hobby that brought her immense joy.

Patricia's enthusiasm for sports was not limited to baseball; she was a "rabid" Illini Basketball fan, cheering on her team with enthusiasm. Although a loyal Chicago Bears fan for many years, in 2022, with her patience exhausted, she switched to the Dallas Cowboys.

An avid golfer, Patricia achieved the remarkable feat of scoring a hole-in-one, a moment of triumph that encapsulated her skill and passion for the game. She enjoyed gardening, canning and anything outdoors. Patricia was a member of Calvary Community Church in Washington, where she was a member for many years.
