Nancy A. Kerr

Nancy A. Kerr, 76, of Washington passed away at 11:59pm, Friday, September 15, 2017 at Heartland Health Care Center in Peoria.

She was born on May 18, 1941 in Pekin, IL, daughter of John W and Clio M. Alverti Behrend. She married Noel C. Kerr on May 15, 1965 in Washington, IL.

Surviving are her husband, along with their three children, Candy St. Clare of Defiance, OH; John Kerr and Michelle Kerr both of Washington, IL. Further surviving is one granddaughter Amanda (Brian) Kuebler of Roanoke, IL and one grandson Zacery St. Clare of Columbus, OH along with one great grandson Malakai Kuebler. Also surviving are three sisters Carol Vetter McCabe, Phyllis Alls and Donna Mitchell. Her parents, two brothers, Lyle Martin and Paul Martin along with one sister Betty Wing preceded her in death.

She worked in various restaurants in the Washington area for many years before retiring in 2000. She enjoyed many things including sewing, but especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
