Jacklyn "Jackie" Nicole Blumenshine

It is with great sadness that the family of Jacklyn Nicole “Jackie” Blumenshine, of Washburn, IL announce her sudden passing on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Unity Point Health-Methodist in Peoria, IL at the age of 35.

She was born on May 26, 1986, in Peoria, IL to Marty L. Blumenshine and Jeff Baker.

Jackie’s greatest gifts were her two children, Jenna and Michael. She was proud to be their mom. Jackie wanted nothing more for them than to have a wonderful life.

She will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Marty Blumenshine and Jeff Baker; children, Jenna and Michael Blumenshine; siblings, Joshua (Stephanie) Blumenshine, Jerrica Baker and Zack Baker; grandmother, Hazel Steelman; as well as numerous extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers Adam Blumenshine and JR Alexander, grandmother Sherry Willy, uncle Jason Baker.

Jackie was a 2004 graduate of Eldorado High School and lastly working as a cashier for Casey’s in Metamora. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel for family and friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday at Glendale Cemetery in Washington. Following her graveside service, the family is having a dinner at the American Legion Post 100, 211 Legion Road, Washington.
