Darcy Rae Lampe

Darcy Rae (Norby) Lampe, 67, of Washington, IL, passed away at 4:07 pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Unity Point Health-Methodist in Peoria, IL.

She was born on November 22, 1952, in Montevideo, MN to Donald Ellsworth and Corrine Lou (Henneberg) Norby.  She married Steven Robert Lampe on October 13, 1972, in East Peoria, IL.

Surviving are her husband, Steven of Washington; daughters, Stephanie Rae (Andrew) Rinehart and Suzanna Rachel (Emmanuel) Kyulule both of Washington; grandchildren, Thomas, Alexander, and Olivia Rinehart and Elayna, Savannah, Ezra, and Emmanuel Kyulule; sisters, Cindy Andrew of Papillion, NE, Jayne Bressner of Pontiac, IL, Roxanne Bouland of Branson, MO, and Kathleen “Kitte” Schneweis of Colorado Springs, CO; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents

Darcy was always full of life. She enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and being with family and friends. She always enjoyed a good game of solitaire, cribbage, and bunco. She always saw the beauty in all moments in life and her energy was infectious to anyone who was blessed enough to be near her. She will be dearly missed, and always loved and remembered.
