Bruce H. Edwards, 69, of Metamora, IL, passed away at 8:40 am on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at his residence.

He was born on October 5, 1954, in Fort Wayne, IN, to Arnold and Elvera (Wehking) Edwards. He married Vicky L. Smith on April 30, 2001 in Eureka, IL.

Surviving are his wife, Vicky of Metamora; children, Joseph (Brooke) Edwards of Metamora and Carla (Zach) Heshelman of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Addy Edwards, Luke Edwards, Chris Edwards, Caiden Heshelman, and Finley Heshelman; and siblings, Jim (Joyce) Edwards of Goodfield, IL, Paula Sammis of Marquette Heights, IL, Barb Conaway of Pekin, IL, Don (Patsy) Edwards of Odessa, FL, and Will Bale of West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Bruce was a contractor for Edwards Brothers Construction.
