Anthony T. Doyle, 66, of Washington, IL passed away at 3:55 AM on Monday, June 19, 2023 at Carle Helath Methodist in Peoria, IL.
He was born on June 6, 1957 in Peoria, IL the son of James and Helen Perry Doyle.
Surviving are one son Jacob Doyle and one daughter Tiffany Doyle both of Washington; three brothers James (Brenda) Doyle of Washington, Patrick Doyle of Centralia, IL and Steve Doyle of Washington along with a host of nieces and nephews. Also surviving are one sister-in-law Glenda Doyle ,wife of the late Michael J. Doyle who preceded him in death on December 19, 2022.
His involvement in various industry associations demonstrated his passion for his work and his desire to contribute to the growth of his field. His colleagues will remember him as a reliable and hardworking individual who always brought a positive attitude to the job site.
Outside of work, Anthony had a deep love for all genres of music, often using it as a way to relax and unwind. He was also a devoted family man, cherishing every moment spent with his loved ones. His family will remember him for his wisdom, his warm heart, and his unwavering support.
A lifelong car enthusiast, Anthony took great pride in his admiration of Trans Am and Corvettes. His love for these classic vehicles was more than a hobby; it was a testament to his appreciation for design, speed, and the open road. A devoted brother and partner, Anthony and his brother Steve were in the midst of restoring a vintage car at the time of his passing. This project was a testament to Anthony's passion for mechanics and his ability to breathe new life into old machines. His meticulous attention to detail and unyielding perseverance were evident in every project he undertook.
Anthony's life was characterized by his love for learning and his willingness to share his knowledge with others. His infectious enthusiasm and his unwavering commitment to his passions will be remembered by all who knew him. His passing is a great loss, but his spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.
