William Rassi

William (Bill) Roy Rassi, 64, of East Peoria died at 7:34 PM on Tuesday January 9, 2018 at Rosewood Care Center of East Peoria, IL.

He was born on February 4, 1953 in Peoria, IL, to Roy and Mary D Veirhout Kenagy McClallen Rassi. He married Jane A. Darnell on October 15, 1977 whom he later divorced and she survives.

Also surviving are his son, Jason Rassi of Baton Rouge, LA, Jenna (Cody) Brown of Baton Rouge, LA; two sisters, Donna (William) Poole of Eatonton, GA, Cheryl (James) Kenagy of Eureka, IL. Further surviving are six step siblings, Loren (Gail) Kenagy of Roanoke, IL, James (Cheryl) Kenagy of Eureka, IL, Rev. Darryl (Wendy) Kenagy of Stratford, WI, Barbara (Brad) Byrd of Roanoke, IL, Ronald (Donna) Kenagy of Pelion, SC, Connie (Clifford) Ledington of Richmond, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, niece, Rachel Kneip, and great nephew, Joshua Kneip.

Bill enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding his motorcycle when he was able. He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He will be missed.
