Warren F. Sahlin

Warren F. Sahlin age 87 of Spring Bay, Illinois passed away at 4:25am Thursday March 8, 2012 at his residence. He was born Oct. 23, 1924 in Chicago, IL. to Rev. John and Hulda (Steiner) Sahlin He is survived by several cousins. Warren was a WWII Army Veteran. Worked for TP&W Railroad from 1949-1961 and Peoria Charter Coach from 1961-2003. He was a member of the RiversEdge United Methodist Church in Spring Bay, IL. where he served as a trustee and on many other committees. Director of Spring Bay Food Pantry and was on the board of the Spring Bay Cemetery Association. Cremation Rites have been accorded with graveside services at 10:30am Sat. March 17, 2012 at Spring Bay Cemetery with a ?Sharing of Memories? at RiversEdge United Methodist Church at 11am. Memorials may be made to his church. Online condolences at www.masonfuneralhomes.com
