WASHINGTON? Virginia M Broyles, formerly of Washington, passed away early Sunday, March 29, 2015 in Aledo. She was born December 5, 1915 to Earl and Marie Reynolds in Quincy, Illinois. Graduated from Quincy High School. Graduated from St. Mary's school of Nursing in Quincy as a Registered Nurse. Married William L. Broyles on Feburary 9, 1938. Worked as a Private Duty Nurse at Methodist and Proctor Hospitals in Peoria, Illinois. Mrs Broyles retired as a nursing home investigator from Aetna Insurance Company. Mrs Broyles was preceded in death by husband William L. Broyles; (daughter) Marcia Kay Broyles Watt; (sister) Olive Louise Reynolds and (grandson) David Alan Broyles. Mrs Broyles was a volunteer for ""Cry For Help"" for 19 years. Member of Air Force Mother's Club; on the Board of Chicago Cub Boosters; Washington Registered Nurses Club and baby sitting for young women at Faith Lutheran Church. Survived by Sandra Lee Broyles Tisor of Joy, Illinois and Richard Alan Broyles of Modesto, California, six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington with Pastor John Rothfusz officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, south of Washington. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Online condolences to the family may be made at masonfuneralhomes.com
