Travis M. Doerr

Travis M. Doerr, 27, of Spring Bay, IL passed away at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 23, 2016 in Germantown Hills. He was born on January 21, 1989 in Peoria, IL to David W. and Kimberly A. (Stramka) Doerr. Surviving are his parents Kim (Tom) McPhee of Kansas City, MO and David (Mary "Tess") Doerr of Bartonville; siblings Nathen (Areil Peterson) Doerr, Dillon McPhee, Marie McPhee and nephew Odin Doerr all of Kansas City, MO, and D.J. Doerr of the Phillipines; grandparents Ron Stramka of Spring Bay, Robert (Donna) Doerr of Germantown Hills, and Mary McPhee of Michigan; and girlfriend Jenna Bratton. He was preceded in death by grandparents Judy Stramka and Charles McPhee. Travis was a cook in Germantown Hills. He was an avid reader, artist and writer. He loved music, dancing, skateboarding and "dressing to the nines". A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 11:00 am at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel with visitation from 9:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
