Thomas R. Cotton, 70, of Metamora, IL, passed away at 9:25 am on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at his residence.

He was born on November 22, 1951, in Rock Island, IL, to Elmer and Bernice (Meismer) Cotton. He married Paula K. Snow on May 12, 1972 in Lewistown, IL. She passed away on September 19, 2021.

Surviving are his daughters, Roben (Mick) Cotton and Stephanie (Bradley) Haney both of Metamora; grandchildren, Dustin Cotton, Collin Haney, Nikolas Haney, and Ashley Hart; and sister, Beth Rodich of Collinsville, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Rod Rodich.

Tom was a chemical worker for Noveon in Henry, IL for 35 years, retiring in 2011. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting, and classic cars.
