Obituary

Terri Ann Hatzenbuhler, 71, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026, at OSF Richard Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, Illinois.

Terri was born on September 21, 1954, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Glen and Jean Plummer.

Terri is survived by her loving children, Jamie (Evans) Omari of Morton, Illinois, and Brad (Melissa) Hatzenbuhler of Germantown Hills, Illinois; her cherished grandchildren, Kayli O'Steen, Taylor Hatzenbuhler, Maxwell Omari, Ellie Omari, and Madyson Hatzenbuhler; and her sisters, Lynn Plummer and Kay Schrepfer, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Jean Plummer, and her sister, Dana Foster.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who loved her family fiercely. Terri would do anything for those she loved and always wanted her children to have the very best in life-something she demonstrated every day through her actions. Her kindness extended well beyond her family, as she was known for her generosity and willingness to help anyone in need.

Terri was also a dedicated business owner, proudly running her company, Terri Maids Cleaning Service, for 30 years. Through her work, she built lasting relationships and earned the respect of many in her community. She carried a strong work ethic and a generous spirit throughout her life, which she shared with everyone around her.

Her love for animals, especially her dogs, was unmatched. She treated them like family, often calling them her babies, and they were truly pampered and adored.

Terri will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Cremation rites have been accorded, and the family will gather for a private graveside service at Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
