Stephanie Kay Koch, 64, of Washington, IL, passed away at 6:55 pm, Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at her residence.

She was born on June 4, 1958, in Peoria, the daughter of the late Charles and Shirley Head Butterworth. She married Gregory "Greg" Koch in Peoria on June 29, 1974.

Surviving are her husband, one son Daniel (Lilliana Rodriguez) Koch of Orlando, FL; three daughters, Jennifer Koch of Washington, Stacie (Ken) Herbig of Ft. Worth, TX, and Avery Dingledine of Washington; two grandchildren, Payton and Mackenzie and one great-grandson Cameryn. Also surviving is one brother Darrell Butterworth of Peoria.

She worked for Uftring Chevrolet in Washington for several years.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A private family service will be held at a later date.
