Scott M. Urbanc

Scott M. Urbanc, 42, of Peoria, IL passed away at 7:03 pm on Sunday, April 16, 2017 in the emergency room at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on August 30, 1974 in Peoria, IL to Joseph W. and Ruth A. (Croegaert) Urbanc. Survivng are his parents of Peoria, IL; brother and best friend Kurt (Jen) Urbanc of Peoria; loving sister Molly (Ben) Reed of Washington, IL; and five nieces and nephews Megan, John, Ryan, Ella, and Brynn. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Scott was a 1992 high school graduate of Notre Dame in Peoria and Illinois Central College. He had worked locally as a machinist. Scott loved the outdoors, especially fishing, and his cat, Mindy. Cremation rites have been accorded. Private family services will be held Friday.
