Sandra K. Weaver

Sandra K. Weaver, 77, of Washington, passed away at 9:45am, Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Washington Christian Village.

She was born on June 4, 1940 in Peoria, daughter of Russell C. and Ruth A. Branson Sweeney. She married Thomas R. Weaver on July 18, 1994 in Siren, WI.

Surviving are her husband Tom of Washington, two sons Brian Gerig of Peoria, IL and Timothy Gerig of London, England. Also surviving are five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Further surviving are two step sons Brian Weaver of Washington, IL and Christopher Weaver of Roscoe, IL; 5 step grand along with one brother Gary (Carol) Sweeney of Morton, IL. her parents and one sister preceded her in death.

She worked as a payroll clerk at Caterpillar Tractor Co. for many years. The family would like to thank Dr. Janice Takata-Rossi, Washington Christian Village, Carol Sweeney, Becky Weaver, Susie Shaw and Linda Curtis for their kind and compassionate care for Sandra.
