Sandra Lou (Skaggs) Friederich

Sandra Lou Friederich, 76, of Germantown Hills, IL, passed away at 7:40 pm on Friday, February 17, 2023, at her residence.

She was born on March 1, 1946, in Peoria, IL, to Charles and Jennie (Davis) Skaggs. She married Richard Friederich on March 9, 1968 in Peoria.

Surviving are her husband, Richard of Germantown Hills; daughter, Lori (Rick) Ivins of Germantown Hills; son, Scott (Lisa) Friederich of Germantown Hills; and grandchildren, Ryland Ivins, Brandon (Kayla) Hirth, Landon Ivins, Alec Friederich, and Anna Friederich. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sandy enjoyed spending time with her husband, family, and friends, especially her grandchildren, watching the wonders of life whether sitting on her porch swing or her chair by the window as the sun rose and set…keeping up with family and friends, old and new.

Cremation Rites have been accorded. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel.
