Rylee Nicole Kennington

Rylee Nicole Kennington, 18, of Peoria Heights, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in the Emergency Room at Proctor Hospital.

She was born on March 13, 1999, in Peoria, to Marc and Kelli (Green) Kennington. She was preceded in death by her Grandfather, Jimmy Green, Great Grandparents Otto and Anna Arndt, and Great Grandfather James Green.

Rylee is survived by her parents, Marc and Kelli, Brother, Jakob, Grandmother, Joy Green, Grandparents, John and Linda Kennington, Great Grandmother, Betty Tucker, 1 Aunt, Brandy Kennington, 1 Uncle, Johnny and his wife Karen, and 1 cousin, Chase, along with many great aunts and uncles, and second cousins.

Rylee graduated from Peoria Heights High School in May 2017. As a Patriot, Rylee was on the Volleyball Team all 4 years. At the time of her passing, Rylee was attending Illinois Central College and was employed by Heddington Oaks as a CNA.

You touched so many lives in your short 18 years here on earth. Your courage was never ending as you overcame so many obstacles along the way. Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not. You will be so greatly missed by so many people. We sorely miss your beautiful smile and heart of gold.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial visitation will be Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 3:00pm-5:30pm with a memorial service to follow at 5:30pm all at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington, IL.
