Ruth M. Imhoff 95

Surviving are two sons Sanford J. (Kelly) Imhoff of Peoria; and Thomas (Kathy) Imhoff of Metamora; two daughters Becki (Rodney) Hartzler of Lexington KY; and Bonnie (Rodney) Abel of Peoria; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother Elmer (Ethel) Litwiller of Hopedale, and a sister-in-law Ada Litwiller of Delavan, Illinois. Ruth was preceded in death by one daughter Cecelia Imhoff, one granddaughter Heidi Abel, one grandson Michael Mininger, and two brothers and five sisters. Ruth enjoyed baking and gardening and had a quiet acceptance of all life and people. She was a life long member of Metamora Mennonite Church. A Memorial Service will be at 2:30pm Wednesday Jan. 12, 2011 at the Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel the Reverend Mike Danner officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until service time. Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial of ashes will be in Hickory Point Cemetery in Metamora. Memorials may be made to Metamora Mennonite Church and Methodist Hospice.
