Surviving are her daughters Christine Winger of Metamora, Darla (Gary) Daxenbichler of Washington, Cathy (Doug) McClanahan of Eddyville Kentucky, and Kim (Ron) Kelly of Pekin. 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Sisters Joan Swenson Prather and Donna Burkhalter. One brother Bill Nelson. She was preceded in death by her parents a brother Ernie and a baby sister Wilma, and a grandson Joseph Daxenbichler. Roxie worked at Caterpillar in Mossville for over 30 years. After retirement she resided in Germantown Hills for the last eight years. She loved cooking, baking, and traveling. She was of the Christian Faith and was a choir member for many years at the Our Saviors Chapel in Peoria. Services will be at 1:00pm Saturday March 6, 2010 at the Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel. Reverend Mary Jo Zacher officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. MaryA
