Roger Rentfro

Roger Rentfro of Washington, IL, born to Robert and Anna (Nieukirk) Rentfro on Nov. 14, 1953 passed in his sleep early May 15, 2018.

He was preceded in death by a daughter Jillanna Lynn Rentfro.  Surviving are his girlfriend Kim Roberts of Creve Coeur; daughters Rachel Rentfro of Bartonville and Melissa (Jade) Miller of Dixon, MO; grandchildren ShayLyn May, Arianna Rentfro, Jeremy Miller, Caleb Miller, Joshua Miller, Abigail Miller; as well as great-grandchildren and many other family members.

He enjoyed serving others in practical ways.  He loved spending time in the outdoors and riding his Harley.  He could have a good time anywhere, especially if his grandchildren were there.  He was certainly never at a loss for conversation.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  A time to celebrate Roger's life will take place at Washington Christian Church on Thursday, June 7, 2018 beginning with a motorcycle ride at 5:00pm.  A memorial visitation will be at the church from 5:00pm followed by a service at 6:30pm with Bill Vandervoort officiating. Following the service, refreshments will be served, and the family will receive friends also at the church.
