Robin Marie Pauli, age 55, of Germantown Hills, Illinois died Friday morning October 11, 2013 Robin was born on April 11, 1958 to Ray and Phyllis L. (Wigginton) Schoch. She grew up in East Peoria and began working at John Bee Supermarket, where she met Ken Pauli. They were married on July 2, 1977. For 37 years, Ken and Robin had a devoted and loving marriage. Robin cherished every moment spent with her family. She was an affectionate and attentive mother to Amber and Brandon. Her greatest passion was being with her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Stella, Grant and Briggs. The children fondly referred to her as Mimi. Together, they enjoyed swimming, playing games, singing and acting silly. Mimi was the best at playing make-believe. In addition to spending time with her family, Robin also had a wonderful group of supportive friends. Outside of family and friends, Robin was responsible for keeping books for the family business. For 11 years, she also owned her own nail salon, The Robin?s Nest. Most recently she was the secretary at Germantown Hills Intermediate School, where she enjoyed being around the students and faculty. Robin leaves behind her beloved husband, Ken; her daughter, Amber (Brian) Campbell, of Gilbert, Arizona and son, Brandon (Alison) Pauli, of Washington, IL., grandchildren, Stella and Briggs Campbell and Elizabeth and Grant Pauli. She also leaves her father Ray and Phyllis (Shelton) Schoch, of E.Peoria, four sisters Laura Sweeney, Sandy Campbell, Rae Lynn Peplow and Ruth Morris and one brother Philip Schoch. As well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Phyllis L. (Wigginton) Schoch A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday October 16, 2013 at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel. Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm Tuesday at the funeral home and also one hour prior to services. Cremation rites have been accorded.
