Robert L. Utley, 81, of Germantown Hills, IL, passed away at 8:40 am on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at his residence. He was born on June 7, 1940 in Peoria, IL to Harry F. and Marie H. (Chamberlain) Utley. He was raised in a large family of six brothers and seven sisters. He married Arvella I. Flesner on October 1, 1960, in Peoria, IL.

Surviving are his wife, Arvella of Germantown Hills; son, Kent (Tana) Utley of Washington; granddaughter, Lauren (Chris) Dixon of Bloomington; and great-grandchildren, Vella, Hayleigh, and Jack Dixon.

Robert was a carpenter with Local #237. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel.
