Robert J. Adams, 90, of Metamora passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at his residence.

He was born on February 1, 1928, in Rural Metamora the son of John and Hildagard Michael Noe Adams.  He married Rita Nauman on November 14, 1953, in Roanoke, IL.

Surviving are his wife and their children Nancy, Steven, Sharon, Roger, Richard, Paul, Donald, Wayne and Carol.  Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, one great granddaughter and one sister. One grandson, two sisters and two infant brothers preceded him in death.
