Renea J. Williams, 63, of Peoria, IL passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born on June 26, 1957, in Peoria the daughter of the late Jake and Judith Williams Hertz.  She married Dave Williams.

Surviving are one son Dewey Marks of Pekin one daughter, Alicia (Jason Mullen) Marks of Creve Coeur, IL.  Also surviving are two grandchildren Christopher Deemie and Amanda Gandy along with three great grandchildren Aaliyah, Alice and Ayden Ayers.  Further surviving are two brothers Mark (Dina) Hertz of Norwood, IL and Ricky Hertz of Pekin; two sisters Rhonda Prather and Melanie (Wayne) Gordon all of Pekin two uncles David (Michelle) Williams Fred (Myrna) Williams both of Peoria one aunt Jackie (Tony) Engle of Nebraska

A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 pm, Friday, September 25, 2020, at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington.  Her uncle, David Williams will officiate.
