Regina Kruzan Winchell

Regina (Kruzan) Winchell age 93 of Metamora, passed away at 4:46pm Wednesday Dec. 28, 2011 at Heartland Health Care Center in Peoria, Illinois. She was born July 16, 1918 in Ipava, Illinois to Clarence and Alice (McCammant) Kruzan. She married Victor G. Winchell in Lewistown, IL on July 24, 1935. He passed away on Feb. 2, 2001. Surviving are two sons Norman (Vonda) Winchell of Germantown Hills, and Victor Winchell of Washington; one daughter Patricia (Virgil) Davis of Michigan, 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She also survived by two brothers Joe Kruzan of Canton, IL and Harold (Dorla) Kruzan of Bryant, IL. She was preceded in death by 1 son Gordon, 1 granddaughter Sherry, 5 brothers and 5 sisters. Regina was an office clerk last working at Foster & Gallagher; she was a avid seamstress and loved collecting dolls. She was of the Christian faith. Funeral services will be at 11:00am Saturday Dec. 31, 2011 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel with Rev. Roger Ruhman officiating. Visitation will one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
