Reggie Berg

Reginald "Reggie" R. Berg, 54, of Peoria passed away at 11:41am, Thursday, February 2, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born on July 13, 1962 in Albuquerque, NM the son of Ronald S. and Gloria J. Alexander Berg. Sr. He married Laurie Sylvester on June 11, 1983 in Peoria. Surviving are one daughter Barbara (Bobby) Welte of Omaha, NE, one son Kevin Berg of Peoria Heights, IL; his mother Gloria Berg of East Peoria, IL; two brothers Ron (Terri) Berg of Metamora, IL. and Randy Berg of Peoria Heights, IL. Also surviving are his uncles Tom (Debbie) Alexander of Peoria, IL and Harry (Terry) Alexander of Germantown Hills, IL, two nieces, two nephews, many cousins and a special friend in his life Cathy Krakel. He was preceded in death by his father. Reggie was a graduate of Peoria Central High School and Lincoln College of Technology. He was an auto mechanic in the Peoria area for many years. Reggie had a love for fishing, watching football, children, the ocean, and music. Cremation rites have been accorded. A time to celebrate Reggie's life will be Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington.
