Phyllis J. Moore

Phyllis J. (Endsley) Moore, 83, of Washington, IL passed away at 1:33 am on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. She was born on July 31, 1932 in Onarga, IL to George Colfax and Helen Pearl (Bargman) Dowell. She married Thomas D. Moore on October 12, 1973 in Las Vegas, NV. He survives. Also surviving are her children Patricia May of Peoria and Diana (Scot) Guariglia of West Peoria; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Steven Endsley, two grandchildren, and two brothers. Phyllis had been the manager for their home rental business. Phyllis loved gardening, canning, sewing, going to the cabin, and spending time with family and friends. She was raised in the Lutheran faith and had Christian values.
