Peggy F. Losher

Peggy F. Losher age 73 of Peoria, IL, passed away at her home on Nov. 23, 2011. Born July 12, 1938 in Kankakee, IL, she was the daughter of Henry and Lucy F. (Bohnenberger) West. Surviving are one son, Christopher Losher, 1 granddaughter, Heather Losher, two nieces, one nephew, one brother-in-law and her dear friend, Jean Murphy. She was preceded in death by her son Alan, her parents, and sister Jean Bernius. She retired from Methodist Medical Center after 20 years of service as a nursing assistant. After retirement she continued to bless others with her loving care and kindness. She enjoyed reading and collecting Lighthouses. Peggy will be sadly missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will be at 1:00pm Friday Dec. 9, 2011 at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel with Deacon Louis Tomlianovich officiating. Visitation will one hour prior to services. Cremation rites have been accorded with burial of ashes to follow services at Oakwood Cemetery in Metamora. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
