Paul D. Griffith

Paul D. Griffith, 57, of Washburn, IL, passed away at 1:37 am on Friday, November 10, 2023, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Metamora, IL.

He was born on June 19, 1966, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Vertis D. and Janet L. (Denham) Griffith.

Surviving are his children, Kala Griffith and Kory Griffith both of East Peoria, IL, and Payton Griffith of Waukon, IA; grandchildren, Piper and three additional grandchildren; brother, Brian (Patty) Griffith of Coal Valley, IL; sister, Tracie (Chad) Quiram of Benson, IL; life partner, Velara Gafford of Washburn; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Michael Griffith.

Paul was a U.S. Army Reserves Veteran. He had worked as a culvert fitter with Contec. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool and darts, dancing, camping, and being around family and friends.
