Patricia Pitcher, of Washington, Illinois, formerly of Lee's Summit, Missouri, passed away Thursday October 6th 2022, at age 72.

Patty was born in Oregon to Don and Eva Hiestand; graduated from Raytown South High School, attended community college and UMKC. She held an extensive career with Westin Hotels & Resorts in Kansas City in management.

Patty was married for 33 years to the love of her life, Charles Pitcher. They cherished being the parents of daughters, Shelby and Kelsey. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dee and Rilla Comer; parents, Don and Eva Hiestand; in-laws, Wayne and Frances Pitcher, brothers-in-law: Newell Wilcoxon, Neal Pitcher; and uncle, Norman Comer.

She is survived by her husband, Charles, daughters Shelby Monaco (Brian and son Michael) and Kelsey Moehring (Doug and daughters Riley and Avery); sister, Shirley Wilcoxon and family (Simone and Joey Brown, sons Quentin and Ethan; Trigg and Margie Wilcoxon, son Noah; Toby Wilcoxon and Lisa Cox, son Trent Sutton); brother, David and Jan Hiestand, children David and Anna; and family members, Sharon Comer and cousins; Paul and Mary Ann Comerford and children, Laurie Pitcher and children.

A graveside service will be held at Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington, Mo., 12 noon on  Saturday October 22nd, with a celebration of life service to follow at 2 pm at the home of Shelby Monaco, Independence MO.
