WASHINGTON-Norene G. McMahon, 48, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly at 5:51pm Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria as a result of an automobile accident. She was born on May 31, 1968 in Peoria the daughter of Ronald and Terry Pruett Vaughn. Surviving is her father of East Peoria and her mother of Washburn. Also surviving are her children Clifford (Franchesca) of Washington, Tyler Lykins of Washington, Marissa Vaughn, Brandon Lykins and Taylor Vaughn all of Washburn and one granddaughter Charlotte. She is also survived by one brother Eric (Charlyn) Vaughn of Washburn; two sisters Ronda Vaughn and Tiffany Vaughn both of Peoria. Cremation Rites have been accorded.
