Nina Casper was born on November 27th, 1945, in Hillsboro, IL. to Ed and Virginia Crisfield, Nina passed away December 7, 2021. Nina was a resident of Bartonville, IL for over fifty years where she raised her four children. Nina's passion for cooking always brought many loved ones to the kitchen table. She loved sewing, crafts, genealogy, gardening, and most of all spending time with her kids and all the grandkids. Nina also loved fishing and was able to out fish any of us on any given day. She will always be remembered by her witty sense of humor and her sweet, caring ways. Nina will always be in our hearts and will always be missed dearly. Nina is survived by three of her children, Brian Donahue of Yates City, IL; Mindy (Steve) Humphreys of Madisonville, KY; and Patrick Donahue of Bartonville, IL. Nina is also survived by her brother Terry Crisfield of Monmouth, IL, her stepson Ron (Donna) Casper of Washington, IL, 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, her Aunt Barb Linville of Jacksonville, IL and several cousins, stepchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Billy Donahue of 25 years, her husband Chuck Casper of three years, as well as her oldest son, David Crisfield. Services for Nina Casper will be 11:00 am Tuesday, December 14th, 2021, at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington, IL. Visitation will be one-hour prior to her service also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Washington. A celebration of life will be afterwards at the 3300 Event Center, 3300 W. Willow Knolls Drive in Peoria starting at 12:30.
