Nell Mcdonald

She was born on September 29, 1909 in Connersville, IN the daughter of Frank and Ada Bell Hull. She married Louis R. McDonald on August 10, 1935 in Morton. He passed away on May 23, 1997 in Metamora. She was also preceded in death by one son James in 1956, one grandson, two brothers and one sister. She is survived by one son David L. (Marilyn) McDonald of Grand Rapids, MI two daughters Mary M (Paul D.) Lancaster of Edwardsville, IL and Carol J. (Neil) Gottleber of Jenison, MI. 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson also survive her. She was a member of Metamora Christian Union Church. Services will be 11am on Monday Jan 3, 2011 at Mason Funeral Home in Metamora with the Rev. Gary Salm officiating. Visitation will be from 10am until her time of service. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in her name to Snyder Village. Notes of condolences may be sent to www.masonfuneralhomes.com.
