She was born on January 26, 1944 in Roanoke, the daughter of Sam and Lena Beoletto Sassio. She married Roger Ramoley January 13, 1962 in Roanoke. He passed away on January 20, 1995 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by one granddaughter. Surviving are four children Gayle (David) Wernsman of Germantown, Hills, Roger Ramoley of Germantown Hills, Regina (Gary) Roe of Peoria and Anthony Ramoley of Germantown Hills. 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren further survive her. She worked for Kiefer Electric and White Farm Equipment both in Peoria for several years. She later worked at Caterpillar Inc for many years retiring in 2002.
