Mary Lou Clline

Mary Lou Cline, 88, of Metamora passed away at 2pm on Monday July 8, 2013 at Snyder Village in Metamora. She was born on June 11, 1925 in Galesburg, IL to Fred Lee and Jewel (Judy) Sparks Dulaney Sr. On February 19, 1949, she married Everett L. (Pete) Cline and they lived in Metamora, Illinois; they later divorced. Mary Lou is survived by her niece Patti (Tom) Daft and their children David and Kathryn of Clive, Iowa, her great niece Michaelle Dulaney of Rock Island, Illinois and many caring cousins. She will also be missed by her neighbors, numerous friends and her Chihuahua Chi Chi. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Fred Lee Dulaney Jr. and her nephew Michael Lee Dulaney She was a graduate of Manual Technical High School in Peoria, Illinois. From February 1945 until December 1982, Mary Lou was employed at Caterpillar Tractor Company in Inventory Control. She was an avid square dancer for thirty-five years, travelled extensively and was a member of Washburn United Methodist Church. Services will be 11am Friday, July 12th 2013 at Washburn United Methodist Church in Washburn with the Rev. Lindsay Churchman officiating. Visitation will begin at 10am on Friday and continue until the time of service. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Metamora. Memorials for Mary Lou may be directed to the Washburn United Methodist Church.
