Marla D. Kenyon

Marla D. Kenyon, 59, of Germantown Hills, IL passed away at 1:16 pm on Friday, November 16, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.  She was born on June 13, 1959 in Seoul, South Korea.  Her parents are Jim and Betty (Warnack) Garman.  She married Dean L. Kenyon on November 3, 1979 in Roanoke, IL.

Surviving are her husband Dean of Germantown Hills; daughters Allison Kenyon of Germantown Hills and Emily (Blake) Heider of Washburn; granddaughters Nora and Lucy Heider; parents Jim and Betty Garman of Eureka; granddog Ava; and siblings Steve (Glenda) Garman of Eureka, Jeff (Carol) Garman of Colfax, IL, and Ann (Ed) Brady of Colorado Springs, CO.

Marla was an internal auditor for Caterpillar.  She enjoyed sewing, quilting, spending time with her granddaughters, and spoiling Ava, her granddog.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Cazenovia Mennonite Church in Cazenovia, IL with Reverend Dennis Kennell officiating.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, November 19, 2018 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel in Metamora and also one hour prior to her service on Tuesday at the church.  Cremation rites will be accorded following her service.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Cazenovia Mennonite Church, 1080 County Road 1800 N, Cazenovia, IL 61545 or to a charity of the donor's choice.  Online condolences at www.masonfuneralhomes.com.
