Marilyn L. Kennedy

Marilyn L. Kennedy age 76 of Metamora, Illinois passed away at 12:54am Saturday March 10, 2012 in Harlingen Texas. She was born May 4, 1935 in Peoria, IL., to Clarence A. and Bertha (Koch) Michael. She married Gene Kennedy on Aug. 8, 1953 in Metamora, IL. and he survives. Surviving are her daughters Val (Tom) Ewan of San Diego, CA., Vicki (Mike) Kennel of Metamora, and three granddaughters and one great grandson. She is also survived by one sister Janice (Homer) Gundy of Washington, IL. Marilyn was preceded in death by her son Christopher in 1985 and one brother James Michael. Marilyn was a Credit Analyst for International Harvester for 25years and was a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Metamora. Funeral services will be at 10:00am Friday March 16, 2012 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel with Father Neri Greskoviak officiating. Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm Thursday at the funeral home and also one hour prior to services. Burial will be in St. Mary?s Cemetery in Metamora.
