Lynne Nanette Hafley

Lynne Nanette (Smith) Hafley of Peoria, IL died Thursday, November 18, 2015 at Methodist Hospital, Peoria, IL after a long illness. Born October 21, 1958 in Oak Park, IL, Lynne was the daughter of Oliver David Smith, DDS (deceased) of Peoria, and Nanette Fay (Thrift) Hammond of Pensacola, FL. She was the sister of elder brother David Daniel Smith of Spokane, WA, and younger brothers Edmond Russell Smith of Pensacola, FL, and Lonn Chester Smith (deceased) of Tuscon, AZ. She was previously married to Ron Adami of East Peoria and Fred Hafley of Peoria. She is also survived by her two children, Jesse Adami of Pekin, IL and Mindy (Adami) Shook of Phoenix, AZ as well as one granddaughter Sophia Rose Adami. Lynne was a 1976 graduate of Metamora Township High School in Metamora, IL. She was employed as a graphic artist with Key Industries of East Peoria, and M&D Printing, later Kingery Printing of Henry, Illinois. A Private family memorial service will be held at The Apostolic Church in Peoria, Illinois with Rev. Paul Wurst officiating. Mason Funeral Home, Germantown Hills, Illinois, is handling arrangements.
