Linda L. (Miles) Cole

Linda Lee Cole, 76, of East Peoria, Illinois, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2024, at her home, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on November 10, 1947, in Peoria, Illinois. She graduated from Bushnell Prairie City High School, in 1965, and worked as a Veterinarian Assistant in Macomb, Illinois and Sears in Peoria, until her retirement in 2001.

She married Doug Cole in 1980, and they had three sons, Bryan, Neil, and Jonathan. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who enjoyed playing cards, gardening, traveling with her husband, and playing with her eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Doug Cole; her sons, Bryan Larimore, Neil Larimore, and Jonathan Cole. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Bernice and Mahlon Miles, and her brother, Bruce Miles.
