Linda Sue Ergle

Linda Sue (Foley) Ergle, 71, of Washington, IL passed away at 6:05 pm on Friday, February 7, 2020, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, IL.

She was born on December 7, 1948, in Peoria the daughter of Cecil and Mary (Harman) Foley.

Surviving are one sister Lee Anne (Ray) Cheek of Washington and one brother Steven (Ruth Ann) Foley of Ocean Springs, MS. Also surviving are one niece, Karsen Cheek, and six nephews, Andrew Cheek, Bryan Cheek, Michael Foley, Kyle Foley, Landon Lopez, and Gabriel Foley. Her parents and one niece Tara Foley preceded her in death.

Linda worked for Methodist Hospital and Choice Point, both in Peoria and last worked for Wal-Mart in Washington as a cashier before her retirement.

A Graveside Service is scheduled for 2:30 pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at Enfield Cemetery in Enfield, IL. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to Tazewell Animal Protective Society (T.A.P.S) or Pets for Seniors.
