Leo Victor Wyzlic, 11 months, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on April 11, 2013 in Peoria the son of Frederick Victor Gautier and Abigail Rae Wyzlic. Surviving are his mother of Metamora, his father of Peoria. Maternal grandparents Chery Wyzlic of Metamora, Dave Wyzlic and Kim Schmeilski of Germantown Hills, paternal grandparents Fred and Maria Berry of Peoria. Maternal great grandparents Cissy Dexheimer of Morton; Don (Rosemary) Wyzlic of Spring Bay; Jean Schmeilski of Peoria. Also surviving are one uncle Joe Wyzlic of Germantown Hills, two aunts Julie Delroy of Swansea South Wales, UK, and Amanda (Cody) Gaboriault of Metamora, IL. Further surviving are many great aunts and uncles, great great aunts and uncles and numerous great and great great cousins. He was preceded in death by maternal great grandfather Ray Dexheimer, and maternal great grandmother Gerry Wyzlic, paternal great grand parents Norval "Fred" Berry and Pat Brown. Leo loved his brush, his orange bear, and his blankies, but most of all he loved spending time with mommy and daddy. He also enjoyed playing at his baby sitter Courtney LaHood?s . He was the happiest, sweetest little boy and brought so much joy and meaning to all who knew him. He will be missed every day, Leo lived the perfect life. Funeral Services will be at 11am Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Harvest Bible Church in East Peoria with Pastor Steve McGinnis officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, from 4pm until 7pm at Mason Funeral Home in Germantown Hills. Further visitation will be Tuesday one-hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in Hirstein Cemetery in rural Morton. Memorials in his name may be given to St. Jude Midwest Affiliate.
