Leland Estill

Leland W. "Lee" Estill Jr., 74, of Morton, IL passed away at 7:19 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria surrounded by his family. He was born June 3, 1944 in Lincoln, IL the son of Leland "Wayne" Estill and Catherine Emmaline Stone Estill.  His parents and one granddaughter, Abigail Grace Estill, preceded him in death.

Surviving are three children, Darin Estill of Morton, IL, Stacy (Brian) Privett of Tremont, IL, Erik (Gretchen) Estill of Mount Vernon, IL and nine grandchildren, Joshua Estill, Jacob Estill, Emma Estill, Dylan Tippett, Justin Tippett, Ian Tippett, Austin Tippett, Kirklin Privett, and Olivia Privett.

Lee worked for Caterpillar Tractor Company, Morton, IL, for 40 years before retiring in 2006.  He enjoyed rescuing animals, antiquing and finding a bargain .

Cremation has been accorded. There will be an 11:00 a.m. graveside service Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Irish Grove Cemetery in Greenview, IL.  Memorials in his name may be made to the Peoria Humane Society, 2600 NE Perry Ave, Peoria, IL 61603.
