Lawrence J. Dubois

Lawrence J. Dubois age 67 of Metamora, Illinois passed away July 22, 2011 at his residence. He was born June 1, 1944 in Metamora to Theodore and Rose (Garber) Dubois. He married Jeanette A. Schultz on June 15, 1968 in Kickapoo, Illinois. She passed away on June 4, 2006. Surviving are brothers Raymond (Alice) Dubois, Marvin (Linda) Dubois both of Metamora, and Richard (Carol) Dubois of Lacon, IL. Lawrence is also survived by one sister Bernadine (Raymond Lee) Streitmatter of Peoria, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Margaret Rowden. Lawrence was a life long farmer and a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Metamora. A funeral Mass will be 9:30am Wednesday July 27, 2011 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Metamora with Father Don Roszkowski officiating. Visitation will be from 8:30am until Mass time at the church.
