Larry C. Noll

Larry C. Noll, 68, of Metamora, IL passed away at 8:10 pm on Monday, May 16, 2016 at his residence. He was born on July 15, 1947 in Washington, IL to Virgil and Ethel (Seckler) Noll. He married Linda A. Clough in Peoria on August 29, 1970. She survives. Also surviving are his children Aaron (Heather) Noll of Roanoke, Jason Noll of Washington, Benjamin (Hyojung) Noll of South Korea, Brandon Noll of Roanoke, and Austin Noll of Peoria; grandchildren Andrew (Whitney) Dahl, Kyle, Abby, MacKenzie, Taylor, Alex, Isaiah, Avery and Alvin Noll; and siblings Janet Noll and Jack Noll both of Metamora and Judy Hartman of Washington. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Steven. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He was a retired printer. He enjoyed playing uchre, pool playing, fishing, was a musician playing the guitar in several bands, and an avid Cubs and Bears fan. He was a member of the American Legion Post 89 and St. Mary's Catholic Church in Metamora. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 1:00 pm at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Metamora with Father Greg Jozefiak officiating. Cremation rites have been accorded.
