Kevin J. Kiesewetter

Kevin J. Kiesewetter age 42 of Metamora, Illinois passed away at 7:47 pm Tuesday Jan. 22, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born June 26, 1970 in Peoria to Arthur J. and Dolores M.(Zant) Kiesewetter. He married Kim L. Krumholz on Nov. 20, 1988 in Peoria and she survives. Surviving are his children, Kayla (Tom) Baker of Metamora, Kara (Logan) Ruder of Eureka, Kyle, Kelli, and Kaleb Kiesewetter all at home. Grandchildren, Bryson and Shelby Baker. Kevin is also survived by his parents of Metamora; brothers and sisters, Debbie McCombs of Metamora, Dan (Karla) Kiesewetter of Metamora, Ron (Leigh) Kiesewetter of Yorkville, IL., Greg (Julie) Kiesewetter of Metamora, Amy (Dave) Geier of Metamora, Andy (Myra) Kiesewetter of Bloomington, IL., Steve (Stephanie) Kiesewetter of Metamora and Joann (Mark) Krumwiede of Metamora. Kevin was a manager for Borkholder Building and Supplies in Metamora working there for 25 years. He was involved with coaching with all his children doing Baseball, Basketball, and Softball. He enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing, playing with his dog Sonny and being a avid St. Louis Cardinals and Denver Broncos fan. He was a member of St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church and loved spending time with his grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am Saturday Jan. 26, 2013 at St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church in rural Metamora with Father Neri Greskoviak officiating. Visitation will from 4pm until 8pm Friday at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel. Burial will be in St. Mary of Lourdes Cemetery.
