Kevin T. Hoffman

WASHINGTON?Kevin T. Hoffman, 51, Washington, passed away suddenly at 11:50 a.m., Monday, April 22, 2013 in Chicago. Kevin was born on December 18, 1961 in Peoria to Frederick "Fritz" and Charlotte Keyster Hoffman of Washington. They survive. Also surviving is his fiance, Mary Crawford; their four children, Chad (21) of Washington and Gabrielle (12), Madisson (11) and Caleb (7), all at home and one sister, Cynthia Hoffman of Eldridge, Missouri. Kevin was driver for SYSCO Foods out of Lincoln. He was a graduate of Washington Community High School in the class of 1980, and had been a Cub Scout Leader. Kevin was also a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Sunnyland. Kevin loved spending time with his family and never missed one of the kid?s activities or games. Prior to working for SYSCO Kevin had worked in the restaurant business in the Peoria and New York area. A celebration of life service for Kevin will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Mason-White Funeral Home with Pastor John Rothfusz officiating. Visitation will be three hours prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials for Kevin may be directed to Hoffman Education Fund c/o CEFCU.
