Kenneth Elmer Clore

July 21, 1937 — July 20, 2018

Kenneth E. Clore, 80, of Morton, IL, formerly of Spring Bay, IL passed away at 9:55 am on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Pekin Manor in Pekin, IL.  He was born on July 21, 1937 in Peoria, IL to Everett and Kathryn June (Hering) Clore.  He married Kay Zeller on February 16, 1962 in Washburn, IL.

Surviving are his wife of Morton; son Steven (RuthAnn) Clore of West Peoria; daughter Ellen (Noel) Clore-Patron of Arlington, VA; and four grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Fred Clore, and sister Marilyn Clore.

Ken was an assembler for Caterpillar Tractor Company for 36 years.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel with Pastor Josh Beakley officiating.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until time of his service on Monday at the funeral home.  Burial of Ashes will be in Spring Bay Cemetery in Spring Bay at a later date.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association Central Illinois Chapter, 606 West Glen Avenue, Peoria, IL 61614.  Online condolences at www.masonfuneralhomes.com.
