WASHINGTON...Kathryn "Kay" Marshall, 87, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Washington Christian Village. Kay was born on February 6, 1924 to William E. and Pauline Foster in Toluca, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Marshall and a sister, Theresa Hurd. Among those surviving is her brother, Edward Foster of Eureka and many nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria and Mason-White Funeral Home is assisting the family in services. A memorial service will be held by her family.
